JRNY Travel Club gives members access to our luxury travel and event planning services and exclusive savings and perks, depending on the membership type you select (Basic or Elite). In order to access our services, one must become a member after applying and being accepted into our Travel Club.

Our Basic and Elite Memberships include our world class professional luxury travel planning services, which includes advising, sourcing, negotiating, and booking/ contracting luxury travels. By partnering with JRNY Travel, members unlock access to our highly sought after network of luxury hospitality partners and have access to a full-service travel planning concierge.

Our Elite Membership additionally includes our signature services with our partner hotels, which means more savings for you. Through our exclusive hotel partnerships with a curated collection of the best luxury and boutique hotels around the world, impressive clientele, buying power, negotiation skills, and maintaining our image as a reputable brand and the leading luxury travel provider, we are able to provide our members with unpublished rates and perks, which typically always means our Elite Members are receiving the absolute best pricing on the market.

Our annual memberships will autorenew on a recurring basis every year and will be charged on autopay to the card on file in this form.

ANNUAL BASIC MEMBERSHIP
Includes our services for booking:
• Up to 4 individual hotel reservations per year
– Best Available Rate or Promotional Rate on hotel’s website
– JRNY exclusive perks
Additional costs may apply for our services for booking:
• Additional individual hotel reservations (once 4 reservations per year have been consumed)
• Specialty reservations (concierge reservations/ custom itineraries, contracted groups, events, photoshoots, etc)
• No-books or cancellations (for any needs not actualized)
• No tags (we ask for 2 stories per hotel reservation, 1 story per concierge reservation)

ANNUAL ELITE MEMBERSHIP
Includes our services for booking:
• Unlimited individual hotel reservations
– May include JRNY exclusive rates
– JRNY exclusive perks
Additional costs may apply for our services for booking:
• Specialty reservations (concierge reservations/ custom itineraries, contracted groups, events, photoshoots, etc)
• No-books or cancellations (for any needs not actualized)
• No tags (we ask for 2 stories per hotel reservation, 1 story per concierge reservation)

JRNY TRAVEL CLUB COSTS
• Membership Dues (base price)
– Annual Basic Membership: $1,000 per year
– Annual Elite Membership: $15,000 per year
• Booking Fees (additional, if applicable)
– Additional individual hotel reservations for Basic Memberships: based on requirements
– Specialty reservations: starting at $200 per need (based on needs, complexity, scope)
– Hotel reservation no-books, no-shows, and cancellations: 10% of net total per reservation
– Concierge no-books, no-shows, and cancellations: $50 per reservation
– Event and photoshoot no-books, no-shows, and cancellations: based on requirements
– No tags: $50 per reservation (waived for those that do not use social media)
• Credit Card Processing Fee
– 3.5% for all payments made to JRNY Travel

TERMS & CONDITIONS
• JRNY Travel works exclusively over email, directly with our hospitality partner’s Sales Teams, and both parties work business hours Monday – Friday (offices are closed weekends and holidays)
• All reservation requests must be emailed to reservations@jrnytravel.com (or your designated luxury travel advisor), and member understands and agrees that any changes to reservations booked by JRNY Travel must be exclusively made by their travel advisor
• All membership communication involving questions or concerns about memberships, membership dues and billing, Terms & Conditions, etc must be emailed to memberships@jrnytravel.com
• Membership dues are for the cost of our professional luxury travel services, and all reservations and bookings (and any booking fees, if applicable) will be paid for separately
• All sales to JRNY Travel have a 3.5% processing fee in order to use our secure payment processor (service fee is automatically included in the price below during sign up)
• All sales to JRNY Travel are final, no refunds are permitted, and costs are non-negotiable
• Any invoice questions/ possible discrepancies must be emailed to memberships@jrnytravel.com immediately. Should member not notify us of any questions or concerns in regards to their invoice upon receipt and within 7 days of charge, member certifies that they have no issues with their invoice or costs associated, and understands that no exceptions will be made
• Any possible billing concerns must be handled exclusively by emailing memberships@jrnytravel.com, and member understands and agrees that filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank is not permitted. If there is an issue with a payment, we will resolve the error directly with the member
• Annual membership will automatically renew on autopay each year and be charged to the card on file, and we will remind you of your next payment 7 days prior to autopay
• If you would like to cancel your annual membership, you must do so in writing via email to memberships@jrnytravel.com no later than 7 days prior to annual membership renewal in order to avoid autopay. Please note, membership cancellation goes into effect immediately upon confirmation of cancellation from JRNY Travel, and you will no longer be able to access our services. If member cancels membership and would like to join JRNY Travel Club again, they must re-apply and are not guaranteed to be re-accepted
• Any outstanding payments must be paid for any needs per the agreed to Travel Club T&C’s whether membership is cancelled or changed for any bookings worked on by JRNY Travel prior to written notice to change or cancel membership. Membership may only be cancelled once any outstanding invoices have been paid
• Additional fees may apply following cancellation of membership, for example if you are to have us cancel a future reservation that we have booked for you, etc. Member understands that even if membership is cancelled, they are still responsible for paying any additional fees they may incur for future previously booked reservations
• By opting into annual membership autopay and authorizing charges to the CC on file, fixed recurring membership payment will be automatically charged on a set schedule on the annual renewal date/ due date
• Any additional applicable booking fees incurred by members may be billed and automatically charged to the card on file with receipt sent
• Any invoices not paid by due date for any reason that are late and/ or need to be manually charged to a new form of payment are subject to a $50 late fee/ service fee per month following due date
• JRNY Travel requires a valid Credit Card Authorization Form on file, and any changes to credit card needs to be submitted to us immediately via CC Auth and updated in Stripe no later than 7 days prior to annual membership due date to avoid $50 monthly late fee/ service fee
• Member understands they are responsible for reading and understanding Travel Club T&C’s and any policies, costs for memberships and services, etc
• We ask members to provide us with reasonable time to book your travels depending on the scope of work, as to ensure that we are able to get you availability and priority prices
• We matchmake our clients with the hotel best suited for their needs, and we are happy to provide up to 3 offers per need for Elite members, if requested
• Unused Basic reservations do not roll over into the next year, and any no-book or cancelled reservations count as a consumed (although not actualized) reservation
• Payment of membership and any applicable costs are applicable and required no matter the use of membership, outcome of bookings, etc
• Costs for membership is to obtain access to our travel services, and member understands that all exclusive offers are unique to the individual needs and various factors (based on hotel, destination, dates, demand, when booking, etc) and that no specific results should be expected
• Member understands they are entering into an exclusive partnership with JRNY Travel and all luxury travel needs must be booked through JRNY Travel (with the exception of those that are out of your control)

EXCLUSIVE SAVINGS: every hotel is different in terms of what perks can be obtained. Additionally, high demand destinations, busy dates, and guestroom availability all are factored into what types of value-adds can be secured, and no specific savings/ perks/ discounts, etc. are guaranteed. For instance, a popular hotel may be almost sold out during their peak season, and in that situation, they may not be able to offer a discount. Travel demand is at an all-time high, so booking last-minute usually yields less perks. Our discounts for Elite Members are based off of the Best Available Rate on the hotel’s website. This is their best offer without restrictions (ie having to do prepayment, or the reservation being non-cancellable). There may be separate promos the hotel is offering (usually with restrictions), and we can book those promos for you and typically always include our other JRNY signature perks. No discounts are guaranteed or should be expected for Elite Member reservations if booked under 2 months in advance. Finally, nothing is guaranteed until booking/ confirmed (rates, availability, etc).

CHANGE OF TERMS: JRNY Travel has the right to change the Terms & Conditions enclosed in this Agreement at any time, including but not limited to: memberships, membership dues, booking fees, etc. If we make such a change, we will provide you with notice of the change via email, and client understands that the change will be effective upon the date of the notice (unless otherwise provided), and that continued use of our services means that you accept and agree to any changes.

By signing up for a membership and providing your information, you agree to receive email and text marketing communications from JRNY Travel, including the ability to opt out at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in emails or replying “STOP” to text messages (msg & data rates may apply).
